Guys, has anyone had the same situation?
I threw my hands up in exasperation.
Binance recently locked my funds for "security reasons". After submitting a ticket, support got back to me, requesting personal information and so I gave them all of it. After that, they asked for additional confirmation via Skype (my funds were still locked). So I said ok, let’s do this! They asked if I was ready, so I said yes. Then I waited 30 minutes, and no call. So I called them and they just hung up on me right away (great customer service, right?).
I called a second time and they didn't answer at all (I attached a picture for reference), and then they wrote that they had created another chat and were waiting for me there (I had called them TWICE during this time). So I go to the other chat and find that they hadn’t written anything in the new group chat, it was empty. Then they simply waited 20 minutes and wrote me a threatening e-mail (please find the screen attached). And now I am “the person who didn't want to cooperate”.
As a result I haven't had the access to my funds for more than a week and I am afraid that this won’t be the end of the story.
Guys, I’m sure that I’m not the only one who has had this problem. I ask for help spreading this information everywhere you can to help me and other people in same situation get their money back.
They’re not acting professionally or according to their policy AT ALL.
